Access to site hindered by narrow tunnel posing logistical challenges; restricted movement of plant and impeded on flow of traffic in and out of site.

Work carried out

• Installation of pad foundations, concrete slab with thickening and power float finish
• Clear site left in rough state
• External works included installing aco drains to footpaths and concrete apron to the front of the building.
